New York announces USD10 million grant for smart grid projects

The Governor of New York state has announced grants worth USD10 million to improve the electric grid of the state. The grants will be made available through the Electric Power Transmission and Distribution Smart Grid Program of the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA).
