UK’s National Grid undertakes work at 132 kV Kearsley and 275 kV Fourstones substations
UK’s transmission system operator (TSO) National Grid has successfully delivered a 170 tonne transformer from Gladstone Docks and Bootle to the 132 kV Kearsley substation in Bolton. The aim is to ensure a continuous supply of power across Greater Manchester.
