The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) has granted a certificate of public convenience and necessity (CPCN) and public utility status to Transource Pennsylvania, LLC, a subsidiary of Transource Energy, to begin furnishing and supplying electric transmission service within two corridors located in Franklin and York counties.
