SPP to provide reliability coordination services to Western Interconnection

The Southwest Power P The ool (SPP) has written letters to the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) and North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), announcing its plans to provide reliability coordination (RC) services to the Western Interconnection by late 2019.
