Koochiching County authorises upgradation of roads for construction of Great Northern Transmission Line
The Koochiching County Board has authorised a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Minnesota Power to upgrade county roads to support transportation of heavy construction equipment needed during work on the proposed Great Northern Transmission Line.
