The Latvian branch of Sweden’s Nordea Bank has issued a loan worth EUR12 million to a consortium comprising Latvia-based companies Latvijas Energoceltnieks (LEC) and RECK LLC, and Swedish Empower, for the development of the third stage of the Kurzeme Ring energy project.
