Indian PFC yet to transfer transmission subsidiary to Essel Infraprojects
PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL), a subsidiary of state-owned Power Finance Corporation (PFC), is yet to transfer the special purpose vehicle (SPV) Tanda Transmission Company Limited associated with the ATS of Tanda Expansion Thermal Power Station (2×660 MW) project, to Essel Infraprojects Limited, the qualified bidder of the project.
