KCP&L and OPPD announce final route for Midwest Transmission Project
Kansas City Power & Light (KCP&L) and the Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) have announced the final route of the Midwest Transmission Project. The line will cross portions of Ray, Caldwell, Clinton, DeKalb, Andrew, Nodaway and Holt counties in Missouri.
