US issues memorandum on improving transmission permitting and review process
A Presidential Memorandum has been issued by the US government on improving electricity transmission siting, permitting and review. The memorandum further builds upon the work of the Rapid Response Team for Transmission (RRTT), which was created by the government for this purpose.
