Hydro One and Avista to close merger deal during second half of 2018
Hydro One Limited (Hydro One) and Avista Corporation have finalised an in-principle settlement with various parties for their merger deal, and are planning to file it with Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission (WUTC) soon.
