Enbridge Incorporated (ENB), an oil and natural gas distribution company in North America, has completed the acquisition of Tonbridge Power Incorporated for a payment of CAD20 million and a debt repayment of about CAD50 million, which Tonbridge had borrowed for the Montana Alberta Tie Line (MATL) project.
