Transmission Capital Partners, a bidder group comprising London-based Transmission Capital Partners and London Stock Exchange-listed fund International Public Partnerships (INPP) [which is part of Amber Infrastructure], is the preferred bidder for the grant of offshore transmission licence for the grid connection of the UK's Westermost Rough Offshore Wind Farm by the country's energy and gas regulator Office of Gas and Electricity Markets (Ofgem).
