The UK's energy regulator, the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets (Ofgem), has launched the third Offshore Transmission Owner (OFTO) tender round, for the development of transmission links of two offshore wind farms, Westermost Rough and Humber Gateway, located at North Sea off the coast of Yorkshire.
