Ofgem E-Serve, a subsidiary of the UK's energy regulator, the Office of Electricity and Gas Markets (Ofgem), has invited expressions of interest (EoI) to operate and maintain offshore transmission assets for the 389 MW West of Duddon Sands wind farm located in the Irish Sea.
