International competitive bids are invited for entering into a two-year (2017-19) framework agreement with an option to extend up to two years, for the upgradation of 110 kV two-pole circuit breakers (of types HPF311L, HPF 311M, HPF 311 MS, HPFW 3111, BGC 111).
