The West African Power Pool (WAPP) Secretariat has awarded a contract for undertaking pre-investment studies for the reinforcement of the Côte d'Ivoire-Ghana interconnection to a consortium led by the French engineering and environmental consulting firm ANTEA Ingénierie et Conseil.
