The Trans-Allegheny Interstate Line Company (TrAILCo), a subsidiary of Allegheny Energy, has announced that the Public Service Commission (PSC) of West Virginia has ruled in its favour by allowing it to build its proposed 500 kV TrAIL transmission project in segments.
