Wisconsin Public Service Commission (PSC) has given its approval to Wisconsin Electric Power Company (WE Energies) and ATC to build two 138 kV transmission lines and an associated substation to help improve power system reliability and meet rising power demand, especially in the Milwaukee County Research Park area and the regional medical complex.
