Chinese city to develop CNY7 billion smart grid in 2013
Tianjin Electric Power Company, a municipal branch of North China Grid Company Limited (NCGC), which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of state-owned State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC), plans to invest around CNY7 billion to speed up the construction of a smart grid in the Tianjin port city in northern China.
