The USD100 million project is a sub-part of the Asian Development Bank (ADB)-funded South Asia Subregional Economic Cooperation (SASEC) Power Expansion Project and aims to evacuate approximately 1,600 MW of power generated from various hydropower stations in the Marsyangdi River corridor.
