India’s state-owned Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) has acquired 100 per cent equity of Khetri–Narela Transmission Limited (KNTL) for INR22.50 million, including 10,000 equity shares at par at INR10 each along with assets and liabilities of the company, from the bid processor PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL).
