India's Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) and integrated steel unit Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) have planned to form a joint venture (JV) called RINL Powergrid TLT Limited, for manufacturing transmission line towers in Visakhapatnam.
