Adani Transmission Limited (ATL), part of the India-based conglomerate Adani Group, has executed a share purchase agreement (SPA) with Reliance Infrastructure Limited (RInfra) for 100 per cent acquisition of RInfra's two Western Region System Strengthening Scheme (WRSSS) transmission assets of 3,100 circuit km at an enterprise value of INR10 billion.
