Argentina’s Ministerio de Energía (Minsitry of Energy) and Ministerio de Hacienda (Ministry of Finance) has published a draft document containing the contractual structure and characteristics of its public-private participation (PPP) programme, in order to offer the country’s first transmission line under the same.
