Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) has announced its plans to increase the power prices by raising the average wholesale power rate by 9 per cent and average transmission rate by 11 per cent. Some of the price burden will be passed on to the consumers by power utilities such as Puget Sound Energy (PSE), as retail prices increase.
