As per the Brazilian electricity sector monitoring committee Comitê de Monitoramento do Setor Elétrico (CMSE), a total of 1,366 MW of installed generation capacity, 1,366 km of transmission line length and 4,431 MVA transformer capacity were added in the power network of the country during first three months of 2018.
