The Ministro de Minas e Energia (MME) or Ministry of Mines and Energy, Brazil, has launched the Plano Decenal de Expansão de Energia 2029 (PDE 2029) or 10-Year Energy Expansion Plan 2029 (PDE 2029) with an investment estimated at BRL2.3 trillion.
