British energy market regulator Office of Gas and Electricity Markets (Ofgem) has selected Diamond Transmission Corporation Limited (DTC)—a consortium comprising Mitsubishi Corporation and HICL Infrastructure Company Limited (HICL), as the preferred bidder to own and operate the offshore transmission link to the 258 MW Burbo Bank Extension wind farm in Liverpool Bay.
