Canada's National Energy Board (NEB) has approved the Lake Erie Connector, which will stretch from Ontario in Canada to western Erie County in the US. NEB's decision, which includes 42 conditions on topics including environmental protection, safety and socioeconomic matters, is still subject to federal approvals.
