The Canadian government has granted CAD1.3 billion loan guarantee to NSP Maritime Link Incorporation (NSPML), a subsidiary of Emera Incorporation and an affiliate of Nova Scotia Power, for its Maritime Link Transmission Project, which will connect the provinces of Newfoundland, Labrador, and Nova Scotia.
