The Dinson Iron and Steel Company (Dinson) of China—a unit of Tshingshan Holding Group, and Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC) have signed an agreement for the construction of a USD40 million, 400 kV power transmission line linking an iron ore mining and steel production plant with a city in central Zimbabwe.
