The Conservation Law Foundation has filed a lawsuit against Eversource Energy and the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to halt the scheduled construction of an undersea transmission line off the coast of New Hampshire under the USD184 million Seacoast Reliability Project, due to its likely impact on approximately 7 acres of Essential Fish Habitat (EFH) and other species.
