International competitive bids are invited for the construction and installation of the 115/13.8 kV substation with a capacity of 30 MVA and 1.8 MVAr compensation along with the supply of eight feeders, and a 3 circuit km line; and the construction of a 2.42 circuit km long, 115 kV transmission line, in the State of Sonora.
