Expressions of Interest (EoI) are invited to provide consultancy servicesfor implementation of a environment and social (E&S) unit within PGCB to cope with requirements of international donors in terms of environmental and socio impact assessment (ESIA) and centralise and effectively process the data, set-up a professional monitoring system and manage different issues such as grievance mechanism under the KfW Development Bank-funded Energy Efficiency in Grid-based Power Supply.
