The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) has issued a ruling to Southern California Edison (SCE), a subsidiary of Edison International, for developing a prepared testimony of options for undergrounding the portion of the Tehachapi Renewable Transmission Project (TRTP) running through Chino Hills city by February 2013.
