Cross-border and Interconnector Projects Database and Report 2019

Global Transmission Research has just launched the Cross-border and Interconnector Projects Database and Report 2019.

In this report, we will track around 350+ cross-border and regional interconnector projects across six regions – North America, Latin America, Asia, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

The cross-border projects tracked will be high voltage links being set up between two countries while the regional interconnectors will be projects being set up to connect regional/isolated grids within a country.

The projects have been classified as either under construction, or under contractor selection, or under development, or announced/proposed, or on hold.

The package will comprise a PDF report and an excel database. The PDF report will provide an introduction to the database and an analysis of the projects in the database, in terms of region, voltage level, technology, type of line and status.

The excel database will provide a detailed and up-to-date information on each project, including a description, developers, route, rated voltage (kV), technology (AC or DC), length (km), estimated cost, current status, contractors, scheduled completion, and contact details. There is a separate excel workbook for each of the six regions.

The package (PDF and excel) is priced at USD2,400 and has released in November.
