Danish supplier of power cable solutions, NKT, has won a contract from Ørsted for the supply of over 190-km-long, 220 kV high voltage alternating current (AC), cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), offshore export cable system for its Hornsea 2 offshore wind farm in the UK.
