Ducab HV, a joint venture (JV) between the cable manufacturing company Dubai Cable Company (Ducab), state-owned Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) and the Department of Energy in Abu Dhabi, has commissioned the country’s first 400 kV cable circuit two months ahead of schedule.
