The Netherlands’s transmission system operator (TSO) TenneT TSO BV has awarded another contract to Dutch construction yard HSM Offshore for construction of the 700 MW Borssele Beta offshore platform required to link up the wind farms to be built offshore at the Borssele wind farm zone in the south-west of the country.
