The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is mulling over providing a loan of up to EUR25 million to Makedonski Elektro Prenosen Sistem Operator (MEPSO), the Macedonian power transmission system operator (TSO), to co-finance the company's medium-term development plan.
