Going further with the its merger plan with Michigan based ITC Holdings (ITC), Entergy Corporation's subsidiary Entergy Arkansas Incorporated, along with ITC and ITC Midsouth, LLC filed a joint application with the Arkansas Public Service Commission (PSC).
