Plains and Eastern Clean Line (PECL) LLC, a subsidiary of Clean Line Energy (CLE), has received approval from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to negotiate power rates and bilateral agreements for the entire route of its high voltage power transmission line project.
