The state-owned transmission system operator (TSO) Ghana Grid Company Limited (GRIDCo) has invited bids for the construction of 161 kV lines and associated substation termination works under the Agence Française de Développement (AFD)-funded 330 kV Kumasi-Bolgatanga Transmission Line Project—a sub-project of the West Africa Power Pool (WAPP) Inter-zonal Hub Transmission Project.
