The Brazilian government has issued decrees confirming that Companhia Hidro Elétrica do São Francisco (Chesf), a part of the federal power holding company Centrais Eletricas Brasileiras (Eletrobras), has won the September transmission auction organised by utility sector regulator Aneel for three groups of transmission works.
