The Orissa Power Transmission Corporation (OPTC), a state-level transmission utility in the eastern state of Orissa in India, has invited competitive bids for the construction of a 220 kV line from the 220/132/33 kV grid substation at Bidanasi to the 132/33 kV grid substation at Poproda in the city of Cuttack.
