Adani Power Limited (APL), an Indian private power company, intends to increase its stake to 100 per cent from the existing 74 per cent in Adani Power Maharashtra Limited (APML), a company implementing the 3,300 MW power project in Tiroda in the Indian state of Maharashtra.
