PFC Consulting Limited (PFCCL), a subsidiary of state-owned Power Finance Corporation (PFC), is yet to transfer the special purpose vehicle (SPV) Tanda Transmission Company Limited associated with the ATS of Tanda Expansion Thermal Power Station (2x660 MW) project, to Essel Infraprojects Limited, the qualified bidder of the project.
