Japan-based Mitsubishi Electric Corporation has received an order from Yokohama-based Chiyoda Corporation for its BLEnDer® RE energy-management system to monitor and control the battery and power conditioners of the Kita-Toyotomi substation being developed under the Grid Reinforcement Pilot Project for Wind Turbines in Japan.
