Siemens, through the consortium of Siemens Transmission & Distribution and Siemens Kenya Limited, has bagged a KES2.7 billion contract from state-owned power transmission company Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited (Ketraco) for the extension of two high voltage substations.
