Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited (KETRACO) has invited expressions of Interest (EoIs) for undertaking consultancy services for the development of a wheeling arrangement and determination of wheeling charge/tariff between KETRACO and the Kenya Power and Lighting Company Limited (KPLC) for the 500 kV Ethiopia−Kenya high voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission line.
